What Degen Dashboard Is

Degen Dashboard is a personal record-keeping tool that helps you log casino gaming sessions, scan supporting documentation (such as TITO tickets and W-2G forms), and generate exports formatted to support your own tax record-keeping.

Calculations, estimates, and exports generated by the App — including deduction estimates — are based on general guidance and are provided for your convenience only. Tax laws change, and your individual situation may differ. Always consult a qualified tax professional before filing.

Not a Gambling Platform

Degen Dashboard does not facilitate, offer, or process any form of wagering, betting, or real-money gaming. It is solely a tracking and record-keeping tool for activity that occurs elsewhere.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter or scan into the App
Scanned/OCR-extracted data (e.g., ticket amounts) should be reviewed and confirmed by you before saving — the App does not guarantee scan accuracy
You are responsible for verifying your own tax obligations with a qualified professional
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use the App's core features

Account & Data

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and handled.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in exports, calculations, or scanned data, or for any tax, financial, or legal consequences arising from your use of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the App's features at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
